Ecole Inits Graduate program in Science and Executive Engineering minors are offered in Corporate law and economics, Industrial economics, Scientific management, Design engineering, Sociology of innovation, Production systems and logistics.
The department of Human and Social Sciences offers more than 500 hours of courses during the engineering program (Undergraduate et Graduate levels). At the Graduate level, the departement is responsible for the Information Technologies Organization and Management major.
In its joint Master's program with a major in Executive Engineering and a major in Industrial Engineering and Management, a specialization is offered in Strategic management of industrial organizations.
Post-master's non-doctoral program in « Production process engineering ». This program is operated with Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan, and offers scientific and technical methods in the field of production and logistics.
Research in the field of Economics and Social Sciences has been developed since the end of the 60's with the successive creation of three research teams :
The Center for Management Science (CGS), offering a doctoral program in Engineering and Management ; Center for the Sociology of Innovation (CSI), offering a doctoral program in Socio-economics and innovation ; the Industrial Economics Center (CERNA), offering a doctoral program in Industrial Economics Organization.
