The specificities of the GEM schools
The 7 schools grouped together within GEM share a common vision of engineering education offered to the students.
In order to address the diversity of expectations, inclinations and objectives of their students, the Ecole des Mines have set up three graduate schools to form a wide range of professional profiles- engineers as well as researchers to meet the needs of companies:
The graduate school of Albi/Alès/Douai/Nantes The graduate school of Paris The graduate school of Nancy/Saint-Etienne
The selection processes are adapted accordingly. The criteria differ depending on the graduate school and on the requested programs, in order to ensure a homogeneity of student profile for each graduate school.
