The GEM schools of engineering are not just centers of instruction and acquisition of knowledge and skills. Being a student on one of the GEM campuses is much more than that.
Unlike the rather impersonal context of university life, the GEM schools have a real collective identity and offer a complete experience combining both academic study and extra-curricula activities on and off the campus. With relatively small numbers the GEM schools preserve a human scale that facilitates interpersonal interaction.
Through its multiple student associations, offering cultural , sporting and humanitarian activities, etc. students can benefit from a stimulating and varied environment.
